I loved the location, walking distance to the Sardar market and the famous clock tower with an old town feel. It’s by the foot of magnificent Mehrangarh Fort the Krishna Prakash Heritage Haveli is an authentic heritage haveli, I could see the fort from my balcony or during dinner from the rooftop restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay during your Jodhpur trip.

Little over a mile from the Jodhpur Railway station or from intercity bus terminal. Located on the foot of magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, Krishna Prakash Heritage Haveli (almost as old as Mehrangarh Fort) was an authentic heritage haveli, for us definitely a continent and comfortable stay in Jodhpur.
I came to know the history of the Haveli from the front desk that the Haveli was built in 1902 by Late Lala Ram Chandra Mathur, Superintendent of Police and later residence of Late Shri Harish Chandra Mathur, Home Minister, Marwar State & Member of Indian Parliament. The present family carried out the restoration and converted into a Heritage Hotel.
Haveli staff were very friendly and helpful answering all our questions and gave us helpful tips on restaurants around the area, sightseeing and directions to places of interest. Overall I had great experience in the middle of old town, full of activities that may surprise you every step of your way if you are first timer in Rajasthan, India!
